Thanks, perfect for what I needed..Yed is the only free one. It's not bad but nowhere near as powerful as Visio. I have Visio in my 365 business subscription but used Yed a few times.

If it's included in your's would you mind letting me know what package you have as I have been looking at adding it.

Good god Robin no apologies needed.Hi Graham. Sorry , meant to answer this yesterday and then had unexpected visitors.
The invoice simply says
Microsoft 365 Business Standard and costs me £10:30 pm. I've had it since 2014.
Visio is one of the products 365 lets me download and install.
Hopefully this helps. and apologies for forgetting ..... Robin

Yep
Libre Office Draw
A very powerful piece of Open Source Software completely free.
More powerful than Visio these days
I was a huge fan of Visio for 20 years or more using it every day and still use it occasionally today.
It was hugely versitile and intuitive to use in it's day.
But typical Microshaft, they bought a great piece of software and let it stagnate.
Have a look at this YouTube video introduction on Libre Office Draw.
There's not much you can't do with this bit of software and it has a lot more to offer than Visio these days.
But, each to his own poison
