the OH and sis in law do it all the time on long journeys

I havent bothered reading the whole thread but surely this was what a hot water bottle was invented for

(number ones only as they are a bugger to empty otherwise)

Saves on heating the van on cold nights as well

Doable? Yes of course.

Legal? Not anywhere with seat belt laws.

Advisable or safe? You'll have to decide that for yourself

Mmmm best stop in France . A friend was stopped and fined 75€ for moving around in the van on the move ! A bit expensive wee !!
