Yes, the guy put his hands up as an “unfinished” installation and reimbursed all costs incurred, however, my friend would not recommend these installers.
How many other unfinished/possibly dangerous installations are out there.

My friend would recommend Sunstore in Goring though who put the installation right within 48hrs of finding the problem.
