Underslung LPG to Alko chassis fitting in pictures

Is the supply pipe to the van copper or rubber?

Piccie Nos 1 & 2 are self explanatory Andy, but what's with all that black gaffa or duct tape? That's not like you, ie, looking a wee bit unfinished. :xwink:

Cheers,

Jock. :xsmile:

You'd never know Jock :xwink:
Meanwhile I fitted another 50 amp connector for the air compressor. So right rear garage and front left locker now enables easy reach or all tyres.

I have changed the direct on tank regulator this week because a while ago after shutting the boiler off during full flow I noticed a smell of gas outside the van. It seems that when it is delivering maximum demand of gas that if the flow is suddenly stopped the high pressure vent kicks in and releases what may only be a small amount of vapour but stinks to high heaven. This could cause concern to anyone nearby so I was not happy.
The direct to tank unit was 1.2kg/h flow rate. Over pressure protection of 80mb.
I have changed it for a 1.5kg/h bulkhead regulator still by Cavagna.

No Andy, I wouldn't be happy with that either. :(

Good on you for finding a solution. (y)

Cheers,

Jock. :)

Techno Hi Techno, it is some time now since you fitted your under slung tank, I was wondering how the correx shield has performed
Lee

Would also be interested to see how the orange paint on the tank has coped with life under the van.
