Any suggestions for a tyre compressor//inflator capable of inflating tyres to about 80psi ?
I bought one from my local motor factors yesterday described as heavy duty suitable for 4x4's and motorhomes, rated to 150psi.
Used it this afternoon and first tyre the air hose blew a hole in it.
Ended up with less air in the tyre than I started with.

Bought cheap ones in the past, so I went out and bought a Dewalt compressor, it does tyres, air beds awnings inflates and de flates, battery or mains plus 12v cigarette socket auto shut off, excellent and you can tell the quality in the build, I paid around £100 so like I say not cheap but worth it.

Vonhaus tyre pump on offer on Amazon at the moment.
I may give it a go if that’s a good price.

Give it a go, I did on recommendation of @lennyhb. I found the pictorial instructions a bit tricky but once used to it it’s fine. Battery does discharge stored in van so take 12v power lead always.
Allowed us to check our tyres and cary on when the tyre pressure light suddenly came on on holiday.

You’ll need to buy a battery and charger if you don’t already own a Milwaukee drill. The battery and charger are interchangeable with other Milwaukee kit. I promise it’ll be the best purchase of your life😁
I recently bought the M18 version of it. Brilliant bit of kit (y)
