Two motorhomes taking the piss

JockandRita. Just read your comment #50 and your laser sentence beginning with - if it should happen - yes and the sky could fall in tomorrow - if it should happen!! We have all these 'paid experts' with advice for something - statistically -unlikely to happen.

Road accidents in the UK in 24, 29,537 KSI of which 1633 were fatalities, and people worry about parking 2 feet from another motorhome, because of a remote chance it might go up in flames.
Come on guys get real, you've just finished the most dangerous part of your day.
I note "most" not "only".

I have just looked back at #50, and there is no comment from me at all. 🤷

BTW, what is a laser sentence?

Jock.

JockandRita I think the reference is to post #50 in the thread from 2016 that I referred to and you accurately confirmed was still valid.

I don't know what a laser sentence isn't either :)

What does laser in mean slang?
(transitive) To focus on (something) to the exclusion of other factors, components, etc. You lasered in on one of your opponent's arguments, but they made many other points you ignored.

I see what you are getting at but it was the comment that did the focussing rather than the post from JockandRita, wasn't it? :)

My idea of Hell and you pay €30 for the privilege .
I’d rather stay on campsite or CCP aire at least you get a bit space and a degree of privacy
Stiopped there a few times so knew what it would be like but only stay the one night as it is so close and walkable to the centre. Unfortunately CCP have no aires nearby (maybe one day they will take this over) and incidentally i used 12 CCP sites this trip.

It's same reason we were in the cricket carpark at Stratford, convenience.

We've been parked at Stratford cricket ground £27 for 3 nights, no services just parking, it's busy but two selfish buggers have their awnings out, so taking two spaces effectively.

Thanks for the heads up on this place.
Fantastic central Stratford upon Avon location. Perfect for us.
I'm surprised there aren't more here.
The guy who oversees it at the club is leaving next week so let's hope it continues.
