Since 2008 & many years tugging
Most of the above and a decent set of Torx bits, when something works loose it's always a stupid Torx head bolt.
I carry an electric drill as well, had to buy it in France when my 45 year old table fell to bits, actually bought a new table last year.

Well that`s our 14th year & still loving it.
Having asked my neighbour the same question, a Blonde Wig, short skirt & a big smile seems to be the most effective at getting any assistance, especially at the local garage or rubbish tip.(y):giggle:

Sounds like my kit. Mine also includes shrink wrap, a gas soldering iron, and a water pump.

Cable ties and duct tape
Just to be precise, you want GAFFER tape, not duct tape, gaffer tape is very sticky whereas duct tape isn't.

I've got a fair bit of the stuff you have, plus a lot of the stuff that others have mentioned (not the trolley jacks! ), my medium sized tool box lives in the side locker so it can be accessed easily as I usually need to use something out of it at least a couple of times during a holiday (for hab and odd jobs). I have a hack saw too which I have used a good few times and a mini-vice which again is handy.

I have a smaller set of screwdrivers and other bits which live in an ex-washing tabs box in the washroom cupboard (eg screwdriver with swappable heads) for things that need attention occasionally such as the glass hob covers' screws which often need retightening, saves having to rummage in the tool box.

you forgot the box of spares...

Belts, cables, water pump etc.

In my VW Diesel California European touring day, I had (still have and it sits under the bed/rear seat) an old LP record box, full of ....
Spare timing, alternator and waterpump belts & new waterpump.
Spare accelerator& speedo cables,
Big end & main bearing shells,
New head bolts + gasket and cover gasket
and numerous other bits and pieces including rubber gloves, old towels, hand cleaner etc, etc, etc.

(forgot the rivets and riveter)

The good old days, when one could fix things without the need of a scanner to tell you what was wrong!

I would add:

Self-amalgamating tape
valve tool (for tyre valves)
Cap with built-in LEDs

A screwdriver with umpteen bits, and Duck Tape (spare me the duckist comments pls) are what I needed most often.

Hi everyone, I'm clearing out my home garage and came across a plastic tool box and thought I could use that for essential tools for the motorhome and then thought what are the essentials? Gas spanner :-
No matter what you have in your toolbox, whatever needs fixing will require a tool you haven't got - it's just the way it goes . . . . :)

I still carry a CVR(W) fluid flywheel access tool and a AFV 432 steering box lifting eye in my old army tool bag 🤦🏼‍♂️🤣.

It’s in the boot of my car as I type from Waitrose carpark 😅😂🤣

And now for the 'Mission Impossible' task ... you have to find something that EVERY ONE of those ends fits!

The ultimate kit was, I thought a hammer & Gaffer tape. Hammer for stuff that should move and doesn't and gaffer tape for stuff that shouldn't move and does.
