Toilet bags

Dog poo bins are separate due to diseases that are harmful but could the human poo not be put in there too..I had never heard of human poo bags until now but thought they were liners for the cassettes to keep them clean and that they would be dropped into black waste, live and learn , until I got my own van the cassette was miraculously emptied daily 😉
They aren't separate...in most places dog poo goes in a normal waste bin and if you Google dog waste you'll get dozens of councils telling you to do just that. In fact it would seem dog poo has more restrictions than human poo . Certainly told not to flush it down a toilet etc

I'd be more concerned about the chemicals most are using in their van toilets which however green they are claimed are still bot natural products unlike poo which let's face it was safe to eat the products that made it

Why do some people get all in a tizzy over something that people have been doing since time began…. Not so long ago everyone just did it on the side of the Roman road, drive through Europe and you’ll see them still doing it..

Every bin whether it’s a dog bin or high st bin all end up in land fill, and anything that goes down a bog ends up being sprayed all over your Sunday dinner veg…😎

Some people pick it up day after day for their pets and and get all Squamish over their own…💩

Yeah I agree it's fascinating ain't it

But then I've also seen people wear gloves past their elbows , aprons and bags over their shoes to empty a cassette of their own waste.

These people will be the first to die in a zombie apocalypse

Spose you could kick it about till you lose it (y);)

Is that by weight or volume?
By the looks of some of them both.

I mean ela can produce a few poos in a day but at least they aren't huge big loads . And the other 2 are tiny .

But I've seen piles of un lifted dog poo that would fill a bucket .

I’ve no problem with poo (nurse), but those compostable bags sometimes start to degrade after a day or so, so don’t leave it hanging around! As for the people that empty the bins, I’m quite sure they have far more disgusting & dangerous things to deal with than a bit of poo!

Those ones from amazon seem to be quite good I use them for food waste too and unless it's something really watery ( which seems to cause a reaction ) they've been ok for 3 or 4 days before any sign of them degrading

That must be similar material(?) to washing machine sachets. I put one in the kitchen sink recently to clean the pipes and grey water tank; ran some water on it; it dissolved in seconds.

I usually stick one in my pocket when going to empty the cassette, ready to drop in after. I think I will be more careful in future.

This thread has had me giggling...I taught reception children for years and the boys (generally) were obsessed with toilets and toilet talk, especially poo!
I have laughed so much at this...I wonder how long this thread will run....🤣🤣

Everyone loves a toitel/poo thread

You don't tour the south of England then. Bins are in short supply here. Almost never see a bin in a layby.
Somebody complained to the council the dog poo bin wasn't being emptied so the council applied their usual response

Send 2 men out in a van so now it's gone
