Just bought Kates birthday present.
A sponsorship of a guide dog puppy.

Nice one,(y)

If they start ringing you about increasing your monthly amount just be stern with them and say if they keep ringing you will cancel.
Had my pup for nearly four years now and they kept trying it on every few months Just said to him ring again and I will cancel.
Not had anything’s now for about 7 months.

Just installed BBQ point in Carthago, took hours to find a route through the double floor, so many cross members down there, few skinned knuckles now:swear:
Now I have discovered that the steel pipe that I thought was 8mm is not, its 10mm !!!, and I now need 6 inches of 10 mm copper pipe to fit the 10mm equal Tee which I dont think is feasible as its only sold in 10mtr lengths:swear:, so now need a 10mm to 8mm reducer, any ideas?, I have ordered a 10-8mm reducing olive set, never seen one before, wish me luck eh.

Think I’ve got a roll of 10mm pipe in the garage. Was the opposite way round when I did mine. I had 10mm, but needed 8mm

Just 'bought' our next Eurotunnel crossings, out mid-August, back late-September ... no real idea where we'll end up though as hubby keeps changing his mind where he'd like to go! Although we had 2 x single frequent traveller crossings left in the pot, it's still cost £130 ... £11 each way supplement for the MH and £18 each way for 3 dogs.

Also just won a month old 'as new' Huawei E5785 MIFI off Ebay for £22.53 delivered - its one of the faster 300mbs download speed ones with 2 antenna ports (the E5885 doesn't have these) so I can connect it to my puck mifi antenna. I had to get another mifi as my old Huawei E5776 has finally died a death ... can't complain as it only cost us £5 from a charity shop years ago!

Just bought a 4g Huawei 5577 with a 3 12 month/12 gb card
First try of mifi, sick to death of paying for wifi on campsites that is not fit for purpose
It also has a twin port for atenna, would be interested the difference you find

My son bought a dive computer as mine needs a battery change.
He is diving Monday and cant get a correct battery till Tuesday, so having money, good wage and living at home, can afford to get a new computer.
Good news is I get mine back :-)

Today I bought an Inflatable paddle board and a return ferry to Isle of Wight need a lie down now
Surely now you've got the paddle board you don't need the ferry ....

I’m looking at getting a inflatable paddle board what make did you go for ? I’m thinking of a board that you can put a windsurf rig on

Just brought our tickets to Spain and back. Cost £1030. And we also splashed out and got 2 new recliners. £59. We are not going until sept . So now saving our spending money.

Went to Aldi and got 2 pairs of walking trainers, should be ok for short walks when we can't be bothered with walking boots.
If no good then ok for wearing as general trainers.
£18 as opposed to £60 have to see if they are reasonably comfortable.

Got a supply of Morrisons custard doughnuts for the freezer (for those time when we need our 'fix') and also some all-butter scones which had been reduced and, joy of joys, there was also a reduced tub of clotted cream!!! Had one today with some home-made jam .... mmmmmmmmmmmmm :p

Snap, we did that today as well, Dan spent the day walking round Lytham in his and says they are really comfortable (y)

I bought a Thetford c400 toilet freshen up kit. Includes c400 cassette, toilet seat and some green aqua Ken for £90. I have seen just the c400 cassette available for just £170!

I must confess that already have that lens, what I am really after is the 24-70 2.8 if you happen to have a spare!

Just took the plunge and ordered full VB air suspension and EP levelers from SAP in Doncaster. Getting it fitted at the end of the month.

May I ask what van you are having this fitted to? Dare I ask the damage (cost)? What do you think the benefits will be to you?

It's a Carthago c-tourer and over £11k. I'm hoping the ride over rough roads and potholes will be a lot better and less issues passing lorries on windy conditions. I also expect it will increase my maximum cruising speed. Although I'm happy trundling along at 55 60 but it might come in handy if I'm rushing for eurotunnel or a ferry.
The levelers will make levelling slightly easier although it's not an issue with ramps but they will make the motorhome very stable when parked and that's more important to me. I don't like the movement when you move about and the wind down legs only make a slight improvement.

It was a choice of trading in for a new c-tourer or upgrading the suspension plus levelers. It might sound expensive but it's a lot cheaper than trading in and others who've had it fitted always rave about it.

Thank you. We are considering both air suspension and levellers ourselves. I will be watching this thread for your feedback once you have had these fitted and can comment on the outcome.

I was anti Nikon as mentioned elsewhere, but that picture ha completely changed my mind Andy... Very impressed

I would think that leveling jacks get more use by most for their stability aspect than from leveling. I find that I rarely use mine , as i get stability by dumping all the air so that chassis drops onto the bump stops (but that's full air not assist).
