THIS week I bought

What happens after 6 months opp5
If it's a good site get paid as far ahead as you can!

=====

Like you say :Smile: after 6 months we just pay for next 6 , upfront.... Decent site , decent access hours . Worth the money and takes away concerns that would kick in if van had to sit on the street at the house.

Our storage is not perfect but the best we can get and only 3 miles away. access 7 days 8 while 8 or by arrangement. My concern is will our eventual 7.5 metre van fit :cry:

I bought 2 of the last 3 from this seller.
Best panel I've experienced and that was when they were selling at £39 more last summer!
watch out for a re listing but be lucky if still sub £110

We had the same problem and it was caused by the thermister (not therostat)

Thanks but i have just googled thermistor and it was indeed what i changed, the one that fits onto the fins at the top back when you open the door, still the same problem.:Sad:

Paul.

Going back to opening post. I just iphoned this to show how substantial and wide these are

and the brackets are equally top notch

The very ones I"ve been tempted with .... Am still debating if "really" needed , as have managed fine up to now with a couple of 120 leisure batteries , off grid for 4-5 days at a time .

No dont bother! if you manage ok with what you have and use it would be pointless.
Although! if you can minimise the discharge of your batteries they will last longer so you spend the same either way long term

Paul.

Could be a bad connection or broken wire to the thermistor, but I'm not sure how you could test it.
Brian

Thanks Brian.

This afternoon i stuck a winter vent cover on so in the morning I hope all is well, but i very much doubt it.

This week I had four new tyres fitted to the MGF! So I am now £300 quid worse off, better not tell you what it had last week LOL.

This week I bought a Khyam Motordome drive away awning from BRISEY, first class condition, bargain price and a real Gentleman to do business with, thanks again Brian. To kill two bird with one stone referencing another post about being let down, Brian PM'd me yesterday at about 13:30 to say the item had been picked up and I recieved it at 10am this morning.:thumb::thumb:

This week I bought £65 of diesel, 4 sacks of coal, a new battery for my camcorder, 5 books for my kindle and 1 case of Negra Modelo (Mexican Beer:thumb:), 1 case of red and 1 case of white wine, which should see me through the weekend:Wink::Wink:

This week I bought a 70mm holesaw to fit the filler for the Gaslow I'm putting in tomorrow.

=====

Whats your decision on filler placement , skirt or main body of van ?

We"ve the chausson flash 08 , the skirt on that is a bit too thin and flimsy to fit the filler I think . There is also a slight curvature to the skirt , so that might also cause complications when tightening filler .

So we will probably go for rigid main body fit to side of gas locker door. Very small door leading to very large gas locker ??? But loads of wall space around door for filler. Allowing for all pipework inside locker , but still sealed off from hab area. And well vented to outside at floor of locker

Well a few weeks ago I bought a new Fuji T200 compact camera and this week I bought a spare battery and 12V/24V/110V/230V charger for it. Battery and charger for £8.99 delivered off Ebay. I also bought a couple of thousand self tapping screws of various sizes and fifty press studs:Cool:.
