As agreed, the price to be £1200 (or more depending on numbers) which we will collect sometime when you are here. There is no need for a deposit, unless you would prefer, in which case details are on the booking form attached.

I have now come up with a figure to cover our x's and unexpected costs... £17 per head,
Even at that for a single person it is only £3.40 a night or £6.80 per night for a couple

How do folk feel about that pricing ?

I think £25 as a minimum should be acceptable and if this covers all costs with an excess then the charity is quids in from the off.

Bloody hell, yes it is ! Seems I am a better negotiator than I thought !!!!
So £2.84 per night for a solo traveller or roughly £5.68 for a couple

I am sure there would, BUT there are those of us who are not so fortunate and have to count all the pennies to make ends meet

You are wonderful to consider the not so affluent maybe a minimum payment of x and then any additional donations could be privately accepted by you and then the wealthy can happily contribute a higher nightly fee without embarrassing the not so affluent. You can the stitch up the rich buggers in the auction as well.win win
