Not sure if Kate will have t'internet at Bagwell, are there any contact details on booking form? Could be that they have had a last minute dash for tickets maybe? Seems strange chq not been cashed

Can you please let me know when you send and receive your tickets please and alsso if you have booked dance tickets .
The camping is now closed for this meet . You can however park and pay on the day to come into the event pop over and see us in our Funster area if you are visiting for the day . X

Hi I just been informed by Stuart from the YWE that he can still take 10 more caravans or motorhome on the camping if you are still interested in this meet contact Stuart on 07748604461 he said you could pay by paypal and pick tickets up at the gate.

PLEASE NOTE HE SAID HE HAS 13 FUNSTRS CONFIRMED I HAVE 15 SO IS THERE ANYONE WHO HAS CONFIRMED AND NOT RECIEVED TICKETS ? PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP

You can arrive at midday on the Thursday and stay till the Monday morning

Hi yep give Stuart a ring he said it's to late for posting paperwork but could take payment such as PayPal and collect tickets at the gate if you dont have paypal ask if you can pay cash o the gate . Let me know if you do and I will add you to my list x

We have been lent a small log burner tHANKYOU @Steve .
If anyone can bring some smallish pieces of wood kindling size would be great or briquettes , charcoal , smokeless coal ect . if we can all bring a bit it will help to keep it lit at night it is big enought to keep a kettle going all night or a cooking pot

We have decided not to do the bacon rolls on the Sunday . The show is open on the Sunday morning so people will want to be doing there own things plus its less hassel having to worry about shopping for fressh rolls ect . The nights are the best times to arrange things to do around the log burner as there is not much happening within the show at night . Last year there was a beer tent on the main events field but we stayed by our vans on the evenings . The dance is on the Saturday so that leaves Thurs, Fri and Sunday night to arrange a Jocobs table ect, nibbles & soup night ging gang goolie and all that LOL any ideas appreciated can be sorted when we are there x

Hi Kate we will be arriving Friday just after lunch

For the evening entertainment -YWE tend to have there own groups as you will see by the build up of the tents and naffiis etc. around the various camps ie British, Axis, US, WW1 etc so apart from the saturday night dance we will be sitting around @Steve s stove with the rest of the boy scout and girl guide funsters.
