We saw Nelson’s twin in Bristol on Saturday. Honestly, same size, same coat, same mournful eyes, same attitude in ignoring me........ didn’t think to get a photo :(

David we met this dog while camping on the south coast. She was from Ireland and a rescue too. Did make us all wonder is any relation. :)

Just off to the Vet with Jazz. She's been licking a toe all week and it looked like she had broken a nail. Yesterday I thought it was getting better but this morning she can't put weight on it, so maybe it was a broken toe or likely an infection. She looks really sorry for herself offering up her bad paw to anyone and everyone.

Infected the vet said, so bandaged then prescribed steroids, antibiotics and painkilling injections for her and a painkiller for me and my wallet. :D

Such a beautiful dog she is Jim.

Like all females though, expensive.

No, she started on it right away. Told her to leave it alone so she won't touch it again. One of the pleasures of owning GSD's is they do as they are asked (most of the time, qualifier :D )

Wish I hadn't said that... That bandage is bound to be off in the morning now '\

@Jim Jazz really is lovely.

I grew up with a GSD just like her called Kim. She was a darling as well and completely loyal and mad.

She pinned the coal man to the wall several times, and would retrieve huge branches that I would throw into the water for her - I mean 10 foot long branches.

That last photo you uploaded is an absolute beauty(y)
