Sick as a dog today ...I've managed to give myself a dodgy tummy somehow. I've not been off the loo all day .. I have however managed to drive to almeria but feeling really lethargic so I think I'm going back to bed for a bit .

Scan and print. I had to send ours to DVLA to change something but also needed it to travel so scan & print & I happened to send the printed one to DVLA which they accepted with no problem so should not be an issue accepting it abroad.

If you can get it printed on double sided A3 it should be OK but on A4 it would have to be seperate sheets so obviously not the original.

Lenny. I said you need a two sided printer and scanner. It comes out exactly like the original on a good quality MFD and no one would be able to tell the difference. Not even a Moroccan. The DVLC only print them ATEOTD.

The original is A3 most people don't have A3 printers, that I why mentioned it.

No matter. Any printshop will have double sided A3 anyway. Or if you have a pal who works in an office they will have double sided A3 with a dic feeder that allows double sided scanning and double sided printing.

I'm not sure if she's heard from her pal yet as I've been in bed all afternoon...vomiting now YAY!
But I mentioned the print idea this morning when first mentioned and she didn't seem keen. Says her mate wouldn't have a clue and worried it wasn't right.
Think she prefers the post idea.


Anyone who thought I was full of shit i can now confirm I'm not today, everything I've eaten for what looks like 3 days lol has left , and just to make sure my body is now sending it out the other exit .

But my tummy feels a bit better now so hopefully the worst is over.

No problem though. The printshop in UK can scan it and email it to you. Then go to a printshop in Spain and email it to them. Explain how you want it and hey presto. Gotta be easier and less risky than posting......unless you have a friendly funster to deliver it to your hab door of course.

I used to laugh at Mr Ginam when he used to try and read plans off his small desk. It's that long since I worked in the office in town I forgot about those large sheets!!

Anyway I think it's sorted , Jackie the scatterbrain forgot her pal jame has a place in malaga but is currently in Bournemouth so it's going to be posted to her next door neighbour who is also an ex pat. Should be there next week which will be earlier than us .

I've managed to eat some baguette and a cuppa now so I'm hoping my stomach is settled. No idea what caused it but hopefully back to normal tomorrow. I'll be annoyed if we miss this parade

If your stuck Tam I'll be heading down through Blighty in a few days time stopping in Nottingham, London and Folkestone if you want to get it sent to anywhere there? Possibly Nottingham as I'll be there for a couple of days, if its posted today or tomorrow 1st class it'll be in Nottingham waiting for me on Monday or Tuesday (I'm there both days)

Optimistic with post. I wouldn’t even bet on a week with them still catching up after strikes.
