If you take Plan B (A never works), someone else can take Plan C. Eventually a concensus will form that everyone was using Plan Z.I am still fretting about the absence of a pitching plan!
Of course, we can eat and drink the bribesI presume we are having the same winnings quiz team again this year, see you at the the Bash

No not dreaming. It was I. If you have a long overhang or a Toad, approaching from the town and main road end, you will ground if turning right into the site. A pain, but better to go down the road , turn around, and come up the hill turning left into the site. We left some very spectacular grooves in the road surface last year, and someone's Toad partially detached.Did I read on this thread somewhere that you can only approach from one direction? Or am I dreaming
Thanks for the warning Robin. I had a look on Google street view and the entrance looked almost flat, so would not have worried without the warning. No not dreaming. It was I. Anything with more than half a metre or so overhang was graunching. Even my rear stabiliser caught as I turned in and I only have a 6m van. You have been warned.
I seem to remember the mobile and TV signal was fine last year, so you should be fine to watch a bit of the F1What's the mobile/TV signal like?
Might want to watch a bit of the F1
Depending on how the batteries have faired I may be able to rig up my tv outside and anybody that wants can come and watch the race, can do, hopefully we'll have plenty of sun and we'll be okay. I have a satellite dish and sky. What's the mobile/TV signal like?

There has to be a TV in the club and, if we asked nicely, they might let us have it on in there if we bought a beer or two?No idea. Perhaps one of last year's attendees who used a TV can assist. We don't carry one.
Were you booked on grass? I’m on hard standing, the grass pitches were not being used due to flooding but they have mowed them today . So I think they may be nearly dry enough to pitch onWe booked in to St Neots for today until Thursday but got cancelled a couple of weeks ago due to flooding.
Yes. Didn't think we'd need hard standing by this time of the year! Spoke to the warden and he said there were no hard standing available as he'd had to shut some of those too. When I contacted HO for a refund they offered a hard standing! Were you booked on grass? I’m on hard standing, the grass pitches were not being used due to flooding but they have mowed them today .
