i booked with apple tree a few months ago and forgot to add myself on fun ,i must be getting old ,im in dave arriving on friday till monday thanks

Hi gang can you add swansea jack and dlt to the list 19 to 26 please put us away from the rest of the the funster that make all the noise we are booking late because of this and we can see some problem funster have booked but we hope the marshall will respect our wishes

Hi Dave just to let you know we booked some time ago and are not on the list. Also my brother booked at the same time and there name is Marsha arriving on Monday

I appear to be on the list for July but have moved my booking to the September event. Would you please remove me from July's list. (y) Apologies, the number of bookings/cancellations has confused the heck out of me.

There's probably a number of attendees now breathing a sigh of relief. ;)

Still a bit confusing....I booked & paid, and got a reference no. From Appletree, but there's references from others on this thread re: e tickets.....I haven't got those. Also, something about a form being completed with names, reg nos...etc, I don't remember completing one of those. And, do we pay extra to go into the events tent in the evenings?
It's probably there somewhere, but I can't find it.

Have another look at your email from Appletree - mine said to either print it off or show it on your electronic device at the gate.

Show price is included, ring appletree with regards to e-tickets dont know about form for reg no in might that appletree requires it but when you arrive just say you are with fun.
I will have a full list of names from appletree on my arrival date which is arranged with Paul

Just printout the email from Appletree -that's your "ticket". Or ensure you've got it on your communication device (laptop, tablet, phone etc).
The form is Jim's info for the marshalls, look at the first post in the thread for a link.
But as Polly says, don't panic about it they're not Caravan Club wardens!

We will have an updated list from Paul by Monday there are about 90 vans altogether that's coming and not everyone is on our list so we wait till then we have saved you a quiet corner
