Perhaps Jim when he has a spare moment could create an individual Rally Planner which would be very useful and also help prevent double booking rallies with overlapping dates.(y)

I am looking to book for this meet but cannot get through to Appletree.
I have left a couple messages so that they can call back but no joy.
Any ideas on how I can book. I have tried on line but no joy there either. Are they still going haha?

Managed to get through on the phone this morning so booked and paid.
Thank you for your help. Must have gremlins or fat fingers. I have been going for several years to Stratford and not encountered as many problems.

Just paid online and arriving Thu for 4 nights
 
Paid online for 3 days 23rd July to 25th July, couldn’t see where to put the code, so paid £54, will ring tomorrow to see if the will refund the difference

Paid online today...5 nights, arriving Wednesday 21st...used discount code STMAY21...and like a good few on here, we also confused ourselves several times with multi crossed out dates on calenders!
Looking forward to this...love the walk along the river into Stratford, see you all there.

Hi Dave & Polly, we are a little confused re this Rally.
Booked with apple tree in March and have their confirmation. At that time we advised time of arrival with you and appeared on the list.
the current list does not include us please check.
Similar situation seems to apply to Ludo.
 
Hi.I am sorry you were not on the list but when appletree altered the dates to the 19th july I transferred everyone one but both your names were not there but no worries here is plenty of room at stratford. Can you let us know what day you are arriving. I might not have picked it up as we were in Spain and internet was a hit and miss.

Must ask Jim if he could come up with some sort of rally planner, perhaps call it a Yearbook and better still make it free.;)

No as you book direct with appletree we only get the ones who tell us they are coming then we add to list.

Hi, confused here...is this thread for the same rally as per Jim's message in rallies section as I've booked and paid and filled out forms as per Jim's instructions but not appearing on your list or ate these two different rallies... help!

Notand comes confused list it's appletree rally the dates are Stratford upon Avon 19th - 24 July and our list is on page 1 .
 
Yep...finally found Appletree receipt and E ticket now.... please add me to the list. Got myself confused with Warners shows and Appletree shows
