Starter problem, battery or motor help please

David, if you are changing your starter motor, may as well replace the earth strap at the same time. If you get a genuine MB starter they generally take your old one in part exchange.

We have a couple of local mobile mechanics who can do the job but not till next Tuesday at the earliest and neither confident that it won’t be later

We are having a starter motor delivered to us on site to reduce any delays
