Usually a screw under the red/blue temp marker, pop them out and probably a screw underneath.
If in uk Screwfix do cheap cartridges , not sure if there’s an equivalent in Spain.

Finally sorted getting access by removing panel at the side of the shower see pics should be an easy job getting tap of now famous last words
Hope this helps anybody else with the same bathroom layout who has the same problem.

I don’t think you need access to the rear unless you going to replace the whole unit, to replace the cartridge that would all be done from the front.
But if removing the whole assembly the the red and blue spigots will be held in place with a small pin, that needs pushing out.

We had a leak in our shower. On return to UK replaced the cartridge with one from Screwfix for about £8. It was the 35mm one. Took about five minutes to get the old one off. Same as on kitchen and bathroom mixer taps.

Tried to get the nut of the front once handle was removed to get at the cartridge just will not budge so that’s why I am taking the tap off and I will replace the whole tap with a easier one to maintain

If the nut is nylon , I’ve had a problem undoing the nut because a box spanner just slips.
My method is to drill a couple of holes in the nut flange and use circlip pliers or long nose pliers to undo the nut (red) and holes (green)

Good idea I am in Spain so I am going to cap the shower pipes off and give it a go when I get home
Will have a lot more tools and kit.
staying on sites so shower will not be missed

I found this when doing the leaking kitchen tap. Sprayed the flimsy chrome collar which needs removing to get access to the nut and the nut itself with a release agent and left it while I had a cuppa. Thereafter, the collar came off and removing the nut with a shifting spanner was easy.

There should be a rubber washer inside the nut on the hose. Try replacing or cleaning it.
