Out on the 'Audax bike' yesterday for an 81 mile ride testing out my raised tri-bars which are useful for occasionally taking the pressure off your hands on long rides. Still need to work on my fitness as this distance should be fairly comfortable, but it's not quite as easy as it should be at the moment.

Today's jaunt into Cheshire and just dipped my toe in Shropshire. Longest ride so far this year. Felt pretty good and quicker than planned which is always pleasing.
