@irnbru We could be but as we're only there for a few days we wouldn't want to commit ourselves. We are canoeing down the Severn at the Flower fest meet next week so we will see how we get on.
It looks nice though - I 'm almost tempted to stay there for a night as well.

Hi everyone from soggy Rhineland hope you are enjoying your summer holidays. Time draws closer for our Fife meet and you will be pleased to know we have use of a barn in case of inclement weather. I hoped we might have a BBQ for our first night but it would need to be a on a gas one so we could use it in the barn. I neither have a BBQ nor am I any good cooking on one. Is there anyone coming who could organise this for us please.

Great news and good luck with your recovery we look forward to seeing you. Hope we have better weather than at present, we are in Poland and it's rained for 12 hours and does not look like stopping any time soon.

I can't help as far as the BBQ is concerned, but do have a Cadec if that helps in any way.

Thanks for your reply. As far as BBQ are concerned I am complete ignoramus does a cadec work with gas or fire as we might have to be in the barn and an open fire is not possible

Thanks for Jazz please would you bring it. I am sure other people will have one too so guys come prepared for a BBQ on Friday night, bring your own food and a gas BBQ if you have one. Looking forward to meeting up with you all
