Apparently a BA aircraft on route from US to UK benefited from the jet stream to the extent it recorded subsonic airspeed.

Would have thought it would have been a bit bumpy to say least

Good news is sun's out in Donegal and just a stiff breeze
Bad news is my conservatory is totally wrecked bits strewn over acres of ground

I don't mind haggling for souvenirs , jelsbas, sandals all that jazz but I ain't haggling over fruit and veg lol.

The other bit that annoys me is the short changing.

I bought a something the other day . 20dh he said I handed him 50 and got 20 change lol


Not gonna get upset over 10dh but It happens a fair bit and it's just annoying.


The amount of veg I bought in the marjane for a fiver was unreal ....so personally if the price is gonna be inflated buying local I'll buy from the supermarket instead.

Yes… thanks to the @The Boofles… they tried to under charge me by just giving me the wine receipt so I had to shell out again an hour later for the food, told them to keep the change for going…

Left them to it but suppose we’ll have a good chinwag tomorrow…
