Due to a cancellation we now have 3 places available for what is looking like a fabulous experience. Not only do you get to taste gin, drink gin and make gin you now have the option of staying on to drink more gin (other drinks available at this point) and enjoy a meal with all your new (or old!!) friends! What's not to love :giggle:

This is a great opportunity to learn all about gin, and have a go at making your own.
And then bottle it up, and take some home, if it lasts that long?
Come and join us for a gin weekend in March.

I am still thinking what botanicals to use, and not sure what to add i.e. different spices, fruits and floral elements

Chen pi, hibiscus and rosa canina are good...they also work in vodka 👍

It depends what you like. I personally don't like the floral notes but I do like the citrus and slightly herbal botanicals (rosemary, thyme) with maybe a peppery note. I also like a tiny touch of star anise bit that's a very personal choice 😊

Maybe you should try lots of different gins between now and March so you know what you like 😋

If you like your gin, we have room for a few more on this adventure.

I really don't like gin unlike Mrs Quackers, is rum flavoured gin even possible? We will have to ask the experts when we get there in March.

The price of this adventure has now dropped thanks to a voucher deal for the gin session. Don't hang around, the deal is not going to be available for very long.

Woohoo - reduced price!!!

3 places available and current bargain price £67.50 per head for the gin experience - drink gin, taste gin, make gin, have lunch, stay overnight. Definitely 1 place available at this price, others will depend on the price still being available when booked

Friday night local stay & pub meal, Saturday evening meal and Sunday brunch (see previous posts) are optional extras.
