Robbed !!!!!

Did she think that she could run away faster carrying a dog than you could cycle after her? Must have been a bit short in the brainbox.
Don't know about that but I didn't like the look of her accomplices nearby.

Ah, I see now - she was there to snatch the 'vicious' dog that would have defended you when the accomplices mugged you.
No I felt she would have taken the dog and they would have blocked my attempts to get it back. It could have all been nothing but I wasn't taking any chances. She just wouldn't listen to me telling her not to unfasten my dog.

Whatever the motive it would be unsettling.

Hi so sorry to hear that, try if you both can, not let it ruin your trip ( difficult no doubt)
Take care of each other:notworthy:

Got caught by this in a supermarket car park just outside of Tarragona last February. I was sitting at the table in the back of the Van while my wife was shopping. Ba—-rd came in through the open habitation door with a large open map asking for directions to Cartagena. Behind the map he cut the strap of my wife’s handbag (hanging over the back of her seat) and made off with it (credit cards and some £700 inside it). Felt so bloody stupid. Barclays insurance made good our loss but could do nothing about my embarrassment.

Don't feel embarrassed by it there are a lot of good scamers out there. My wife always locks all doors when we stop but doesn't realise that when she goes out holding on to her handbag full of money that it would be so easy to snatch it from her. It's hard to cover all eventualities.

Never feel bad for getting robbed, these people are experts at doing it and are magician like in their abilities to distract you.

Our friends have a lovely Cavapoo, she was having a fuss off someone in a cafe recently while we were away and they asked our friends if she was for sale.

Erm, let me think…..

Aww so sorry, it must be such a shock and the worst thing is that we keep our whole life in our bags, at least I do.
Thank you so much for the warning and I hope you continue to enjoy yourself .
