So where in that does it say PHGV Motorhome’s tax is rising from £165 to £171 as far as I can see on the Gov web site it’s £165 no change

PHGV tax is going up by RPI in April, I recall that was announced in the Autumn statement.The Gov web has not got the new rates on display yet.
