Retro fit a macerator wc and black waste

Anyone done this to replace a standard Thetford cassette?
Is it possible?
Is it worth it?

It’s not a problem in such a situation a simple pipe fitting option is the answer,had it in my last three MH’s and never struggled.

Store it anywhere you want our factory supplied 1.5 metre pipe is in a bit of drain pipe under the van but the 6 metres of flexi just rolls up and goes into a plastic bag in a side locker.

No updates for 6 months what's happening, did you get it finished?

Not a lot Lenny. Just finished extensive house rebuild yesterday (10 weeks) and lived in motorhome for a good part of that.

Leaving for Germany and onwards today for 5 weeks.

One day I will get it finished

No - it's on the back burner. Caught the black tank on a high curb and snapped the exit pipe from the tank . Not had a chance to get the van lifted to see if its possible to remove the remainder from the socket.

May look before we head off in August but also got Starlink coming next week to look at.

As existing Thetford works perfectly I know which will get priority

my past history with those, ok on a tunneling machine, was not pleasant, the smell from the incinerating waste was 'not nice' now that is 10 years ago, so they may have improved since then
