So how many Funsters are going and camping in the general camping area?

Our plans have changed yet again. First I was going to go by myself (1st time driving this van ), then we were just going to come on the Sunday for the day, but now Colin cannot make it so I am back to plan A - a solo adventure all the way to Perterborough.

I don't have any information about how many Funsters will be pitched in the General Camping area, but you will not be the only ones.
Please make your way over to the Funsters area and say hello. You are most welcome to join in our get togethers during the day time and evenings.

After last year I've been checking the forecast daily, and this is the Met Office's forecast for Saturday.

OMG. Thank heavens I read this thread today. I am a week out of sync. I thought it was two weeks time, not this weekend! Duh! oh:oh: Been advised to arrive early on Thursday to get into the disabled area, so much to do. Talk about running around like a plate spinner in a circus.

We do very well in the Peterborough area for half decent weather.

Unfortunately, last year's show was an exception to the rule. So glad we were in Spain at the time.

I was on the P/boro Showground the other day there, and it both looked and felt firm under foot. We've had some rain since, but not a lot, so here's hoping, eh?

We are at the Peterborough Showground, parked up on the Funsters pitch. The ground is very good so we should have no problems parking up. The sky is brightening and the sun is trying to break through, it is however quite windy. We look forward to welcoming you tomorrow.
