My previous experience leads me to imagine turning up and being turned away - CMC sites usually don't accept non-members...

Who goes on the Rally field is the decision of the owner,(nothing to do with CMC) and he's well up for our Rally.
 
Sorry, thought you meant it was a real CMC site, delighted to hear he's up for it...
 
I've just put up list of persons who have expressed an Interest on Page No.1.

Whilst I appreciate that we have 37 Funster Units so far, please do not let that put you off putting your names on the list.
No one has a place until money has changed hands as a Deposit and that ain't happening until the New Year.

To all Funsters wishing to put their names down for this rally, I have to ask, with great reluctance for you not to do so.

I am in the embarrassing position that I already have more than sufficient numbers who have expressed a wish to attend than can be accommodated.

I am advised by people on here with far more experience in these matters that this is a very unusual position to be in.

The fact is that the venue cannot physically cope with more units otherwise I would try to fit everybody in but it cannot be right to carry on taking names, willy nilly only to disappoint many people.

I said I would ask for a deposit after Christmas and I will do so. If, after that exercise, it reveals that there are still places, then I will open up this rally once more.

FURTHER TO THE ABOVE

It will also be seen that we have reached the limit with regard to 'Malvern Follower ons'. I cannot at this time accept further requests from those presently on the list to extend their booking to include Monday.
