We’ve just had a lovely Sunday dinner in The Piesse & Piddle. Now off to Pershore to see what’s occurring.....we’re ignoring the rain

Won't be entering my doggy in the competition ever again. Too nerve wracking. (Still got headache).

Was just putting on me see though "Skudos" when your dog was rescued..

I was already to dive in and save him.. (y)

Sun is out, quick....come outside :D2

Thank the Lord me dog saw sense. Now if you resembled Ross out of Poldark I'm sure the ladies would have took turns throwing Moose back in the river.

If @old-mo resembled Ross Poldark in the eyes of any ladies present, I'd confiscate their guide dog and take away their white canes.

Oh! and just in case they didn't have any of those I'd be in touch with DVLA to get their Driving Licences rescinded.

The more observant amongst you Plumites may have noticed that today I've been officially castrated by Jim.

I've lost my 'DB's on the end of my Handle.

The 'Old Guy' with the collecting tin was none other than Henry Sandon MBE, expert par excellence of ceramics (especially of the Worcester factory) appearing many, many times on Antiques Roadshow.
Thought i recognised him (y)

Congratulations

Well I’ve never seen so many old and classic cars. Pershore plum festival today was fun. Even had a go on the dragon boat, but didn’t get a picture with us in it

Looks like a brilliant meet would love to put our names down for next year if you’re doing it.

Unfortunately this great meet is now at its end and we shall be moving on tomorrow morning.... meanwhile Joyce and I say a huge thank you to our hosts Derek, Mary, Malcolm and Theresa @Emmit & @Damelza for all the hard work they have put in to make such a brilliant occasion at a lovely venue.
We have been treated to a delicious Cornish cream tea, a wine social gathering and of course a Pimms session sponsored by Funster @dryad who unfortunately was not at the meet .. Thank you Toni.(y)

Oh yes, and there has of course been the marvellous Pershore Plum Festival.

Thanks to Derek and Mary, and Malcolm and Theresa for running such a great friendly rally. We really enjoyed it and appreciate all your hard work in organising it:D:D:)x

Our thanks to @Emmit Mary and Derek @Damelza Theresa and Malcolm for a fab week of Cornish Teas, Pimms, wine and social gatherings.
It’s a lovely, peaceful site (until we all got there!).
The Piesse & Piddle pub was quirky, but interesting. We never got to go to the other pub but heard very good reports on the food.
Shame the weather played up a bit but it was a lovely relaxing week.
Lovely to meet a few new funsters and catch up with the “regulars”
Thanks again,
Lisa & Terry.

I had a great time, thank you Derek and Mary, Theresa and Malcolm, it was all perfect and let's face it the weather wasn't too bad, could have been so much worse. I met lots of nice people and many lovely dogs, Woody has made lots of New friends. And to top it all I bought home lots of Damsons and Plums.:D

Thank you Derek & Mary and Malcolm & Theresa for a very pleasant week and the finale of our two month sojourn. Wyre Piddle is a very pleasant spot and we look forward to going back there sometime.
