Do they give out free beer?

Well, yes, or almost.

There is free beer, in return for which a small 'donation' is expected. As the expected donation is around a third of the pub price, two out of three pints could be considered as free.

The downside, from your point of view, is the amount of diesel you would need to buy to be able claim your free beer ration.

Very pleased to see Misterton confirmed for the expected weekend, meaning that the 'Music & Mechanicals' meet is the following weekend, as planned. Hopefully this will make it worth a few people coming from afar, as there is now the basis of a 10 day to a fortnight trip to these far flung eastern outposts.
