I spoke to Sheila privately following that post you quoted and this list is active (hence the organisers and helpers being at the top) as I volunteered to keep it. The only thing not certain is the dates "pencilled in"
When Sheila starts the official rally thread the list will be copied over and I will amend it as necessary as people cancel out etc
Sheila set the attendance limit at 60 and only Sheila can change that as organiser
