Know a lot have & like these Which? Best Buy dash
cams & have been keeping an eye on prices for best deal as we needed to to upgrade our existing ones & they have 18 left at £74.95 (were £84.95) now here https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nextbase-312GW-Dash-Cam-2-7-LED-Car-Recorder-Night-Vision-GPS-Wi-Fi/291856776120?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649 . Buying two we got an extra 5% off the second one so another £3.76 off plus went via Quidco for possible 1% cashback. Most sellers are £99 with a few at £89 for this dash cam so a good saving (y)

Did check with Nextbase that Velocity are an authorised seller as claimed & had this reply " I can confirm they are authorised sellers of Nextbase Dash Cams. The 1 year warranty would be held with them." (y)

The case is cheap too at £4.95 & again 5% off second if buying two

If buying 2 dash cams & 2 accessories it's best to buy the same price items together in two separate orders to get the maximum discount :)

For anyone thinking of buying this dash cam - nearly forgot that you need a suitable memory card (8-32GB SDHC, Class 10 48mb/s +) - we have gone for Sandisk cards with maximum 32GB with up to 98 mb/s for £9.70 each from Amazon Amazon product ASIN B073JWXGNT

The people buying 20 might have a small fleet of vans/trucks and thinking of insurance claims now a cheap buy.

@Wombles
Well that saved me some time and effort.(y)(y)(y)
Broke our current dashcam on last trip and had been thinking about one of these.(y)(y)(y)
Ta much.:*:*:*

Ours is in the post as well.(y):)(y):)
Just need to figure out how I'll run the power lead and where I'll get the power from.

Ours is in the post too. Got the memory card from the same place and got 45p (5%) discount

Didn't spot the memory card before from them that's a better price than Amazon (y)

I got my Sandisk Ultra 32gb card from Silverstarcomponents ltd via eBay, £8.99 incl. delivery. I was a bit dubious at that price because you hear of lots of fake copies but this one is fitted in my Nextbase 412gw dash cam and working perfectly.

Thanks for advice.(y) Much appreciated.(y)
However was looking to see if I could use a piggy backed fuse in the fuse board next to drivers right knee after running cable down the door pillar.
Opened up the box cover and the mounted fuses look nothing like the diagram in the Ducato manual (layouts attached)!
Any ideas?

Fitted one of ours - lead tucks away nicely so "fitted" without the hardwire kit but angle of windscreen means we get a clearer image on sunny days with one of these:

They retail at £20 at Halfords but can be around £13 upwards from other sellers.
We also had a problem positioning ours legally as Nextbase no longer include the shorter self adhesive bracket & the suction one in the kit provided makes it too low (we have a strange windscreen mirror with a central section) but we emailed support@nextbase.co.uk & we have been sent the shorter bracket free (y)

Believe the latest firmware update extends the maximum card capacity up to 128Gb (SDXC).

This is the self adhesive bracket that we were sent free from Nextbase:

Solar Tyre Pal, quite a while ago now, there was a discount code plus a temporary reduced price. Can’t remember exactly how much it saved but it was considerable.
I think they reduced it to £99 and the discount code worked on that reduced price, reducing it to something like £75.
Thanks again

That's good to know (y) TyrePal is an essential safety accessory for us - have it on both car & motorhome even with manufacturer fitted TPMS.

Just ordered the dashcam - thanks for the nod.
