It's on Hove lawns where there is definitely no parking or vehicle access. The same van parked in the middle of Brighton squares last year and was in the local news. You won't be seeing this on Park4Night

I dont think that would do any good at all.
They have been moved on several times according to the write ups and they are probably full timers with no fixed anode and therefore a penalty notice would be undelivered and meaningless to them. They are probably travellers anyway so could give a sh* to regarding any rules or regulations

Problem is he is not tresspassing on council land ,, its NCP and the roof of the carpark underneath ,, Takes the clowncil 3 days to get an injunction for dealing with the pikie groups , and he probably knows that too,so he stay a couple of days and then moves off ,, but he is being a prat ... probably a sociopath or an ex cop ....

I thought Brighton was as inclusive and tolerant as Bristol.
I'm surprised there aren't loads more parked up.

There are loads on Wilson Avenue ,Ditchling road ,behind the hospital in Kemptown , Mile Oak near the dodgy parts , Southwick near the docks , up on the downs behind Benfield valley and other places ,, most dont move , and some are just caravans .... Itinerants always hitting Brighton as well at least once a month
