The council need to employ a couple of 11 year old's with a football, one could practice goal keeping in front of the van whilst the other takes penalty shots, they'll soon move.

Naby pandy council & police, just tow it away and lock it in the police pound then they might get the message.

I dont think the police can do that if someone is living in the van. That's the law apparantly.
