Have spotted a few motorhoming & other bits & pieces at good prices - rather than add loads of threads just popping them all on here in case any are tempting!
Unisex Crocs Slide £13.74 delivered https://www.crocs.co.uk/p/crocs-slide/210088.html?cgid=men-footwear&cid=001 - click on both Men & Womens for sizes 6 & 7 - very handy for the shower block run on campsites :) We have enough Crocs so not bought any this time...

Decided to update our car dash cam to this Which? Best Buy, the Nextbase 322GW https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/20416312...pid=5339023013&customid=&toolid=10001&mkevt=1 £75.95 with an added plug in rear camera https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/20455253...pid=5339023013&customid=&toolid=10001&mkevt=1 £35.14 - use discount code DAYLIGHT5 for these prices.
These are as new, official Nextbase refurbs with the same 1 year warranty as new stock but much cheaper.
EDIT: The stick on mount may not work with Remis blinds & optional suction one is in limited supply at a high price atm - see post #10-#11 below & possibly best option here https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07QFQLRFG/?tag=mhf04-21

The Nextbase micro sd cards (not included with dash cams but essential) are very expensive so went for this top quality durable one https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07NY23WBG/?tag=mhf04-21 £15.70 from Amazon

1726261962490.png

If a case is needed a fair price here https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07QGKDBD1/?tag=mhf04-21 £8.35

For anyone who has an old Nextbase 312GW please see post #31 here https://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/forum/threads/nextbase-312gw-dash-cam-£74-95-case-£4-95-or-less-if-buying-two.174144/page-2 how to get it up to date & maximise it's potential - you may decide that upgrading to the above new model is not necessary.

Don't forget to go via sites like Quidco for a little cashback which all adds up - for any one new to Quidco do have a £15 credit referral link https://www.quidco.com/raf/54887/ too!
Please post any deals you spot or feedback on the ones above - liking the posts is always appreciated so we can see what's helpful but posting is even better as it bumps the thread into Recent making it more visible so more can benefit &/or to encourage others to share the bargains they find (y)
It took several years & a lot of other Funster's posts for us to see the benefit of Octopus Agile for our use but converted now - not just reduced rates, sometimes free electric & even getting paid to use some today even though we are electricity only customers with no solar or batteries - such shared knowledge is another great benefit of the Fun community :hi5: Octopus referral links here https://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/foru...ediately-available-on-first-post-here.289711/ for £50 credit.

Full Time 2011-2013, now part timers!
Thanks Wombles! I’m thinking about the dash am, but unsure if it will block our Remis blinds? I know the camera will come off, but how big is the mount that remains? Anyone know? Thanks!

Very good point - there is an optional suction mount accessory https://nextbase.co.uk/accessories-...suction-cup-attachment-no-powered-connection/ but looks like stock is an issue & only available at inflated prices! Had thought it was included in the box with the dash cam but looking at unboxing videos it would appear not :(
Video of how the suction mount works albeit on the 422GW

When we get our 322GW (bought for our car) we will try the stick on magnetic mount in our motorhome to see how it works with Remis unless someone can advise sooner.

Reviewing the video the bracket can be pushed off the sticky pad section so may be possible in situ & then no obstruction for Remis blinds but not sure that will be good for the sticky pad every day - have found stock & what looks like the best value way currently to buy the suction mount (with extra original mount too) here https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07QFQLRFG/?tag=mhf04-21 £16.95 It isn't listed for the 322GW but in the Reviews buyers have given feedback that it is suitable for that & a wider range of models - we've bought one & again will post on here once all received. Does sound like the suction mount works better than the self adhesive pad in hot weather & free returns with Amazon on this product.

Cal54 & Stonemags76 please see the posts above about the optional suction mount for the dash cam.
Roger S Two on Tour Carpmart Taran_Las :hi: as you liked the post about the dash cam thought you might like/need to know about the suction mount mentioned above too.
Wouldn't like anyone to buy this dash cam then for it possibly not to work well with Remis Blinds in your motorhomes! Thanks to Stonemags76 for raising this potential issue (y)
