The step is there , it goes down OK it just doesn't retract very well , it gets stuck so you have to help it up with your foot which is fine when outside but then you've to climb in the van without it.

Lost the step cover on mine last year - don't know where or when but it's somewhere between here and Poland...made one up in aluminium

Yeah jade and ela can jump in no probs but milo needs the step. It might just need a good clean up and greased or something I'll get a look at it at somepoint
