When the booking system kicks into place shortly the fee will be £20pn with free electric. I personally can’t see that taking off.

I will reserve full judgement till seen next month, but I think you will be surprised at take up rate, £20 is close to half a lot of site prices this year

I guess it will depend on how many get over there or know about it being available

No, they were going to do what you plan on doing , parking on the road.

You are number 2 on reserve list, will be highly unlikely to get a space.

Best to avoid low tide if you have a long overhang.

It is indeed EHUs but if you use it it will be £10 per night as an EHU pitch is £20 pn.

Think positive man. It should be partly sunny all weekend so unless your batteries are crap or you eat the power you'll be fine. We have 2x laptops, 2 mobile phones, 1 drone, 2 bike batteries, and 1 video camera , all that we manage to keep charge most of the time.

Not us Sandra. We start our journey up to Scotland next Monday and have arranged to get some work done on the motorhome on the way up.

Yep! I took the hump tonight, rightly or wrongly some will disagree but for me was the right decision. 16 of us all in pub spending money, one table round came to £10.05 , rather than burst another £10 for the sake of 5p he asked if £10 was ok. Nope came the reply, so guess what they missed out on half of us staying for another round.

I’m glad it happened cos we went to the next pub where we had such a laugh and banter with an American actress and the bishop behind the bar Great humour

Although now “First Reserve”, as it seemed very unlikely we would make it onto the main list we changed our plans and are in Wales touring. Have deferred our planned trip to Scotland until next month and returning south via the Hawick meet...... all being well, will see you there Sandra.
