Unfortunately one of our dogs isn’t too good and now needs to go in the vets today for tests and X-rays meaning we won’t be attending now, sorry for the late pull out.

Dave, if you contact Warner, they will hold your tickets for another event for a £10 charge. You might have to act quickly as it starts today, but someone told me they did so a couple of days ago. I think it was @Blossom ??
 
Erm, what gate do we head for please? We are picking our tickets up at the gate, but not sure which one is the club camping gate?
 
Think you’re find there is only one gate during the day and you get directed from there
 
Thank you for this info as an avid book reader will definitely visit the Funster's tent during the weekend. As an aside, Jim as a Newbie, could I order a Funster's badge/sticker please Many thanks. @Angel005 welcome to Fun but be careful and do some homework first because in quite a few cases I gave found that "special show price" doesn't always mean it's cheaper. A lot of the time I've found things much cheaper elsewhere.

Mr Chrysalis’ Malvern Treasure Hunt


Some of you may remember my Treasure Hunt at Old Mo’s and/or Lymington. Here is another one. No prizes, just for fun it is about 2 miles and took me about an hour, with two dogs and stopping a lot to write down clues. It’s a nice little walk, and will test your powers of observation. You might even learn interesting stuff like when the WI meet, and what the Wyche women do! I’ll publish the answers on Sunday evening. Sorry, I could not print it so you’ll only be able to see it on your Smart Phone.


Go out of the gate near our field and turn right onto Hanley Road

Keep right round the bend on Hanley Rd

  1. What number is Cedar House?
  2. Where can you arrange refills?
Turn left on Grundy Lane

  1. Where does the early bird get the worm?
  2. What number is the Beeches?
  3. What is running free at Quarrenden?
  4. What colour are the doors at the Fire Station?
  5. When is Malvern Wells Village Fete?
  6. When was the Jubillee Fountain restored?
Turn left onto Wells Rd

  1. What is Green Lane unsuitable for?
  2. Who was Head of Legal and Democratic Services in May 2016?
  3. How much to hire the village hall?
  4. What is in the telephone box?
  5. When do Wells and Wyche WI meet?
  6. When will P J Proby visit Worcester?
Turn left down the narrow footpath on the left just after Wells Joinery ( on the right)

  1. What 3 things must be worn?
After a few stiles you come to a junction in the footpath. There is a cast iron post in front of you. Turn left down the broader path, keeping the cottage to your right.

  1. What must you keep off?
At Chestnut Hill, turn right through the archway in the hedge, then turn left onto Rothwell Rd

  1. What is the postcode of the Pole Objection Team?
  2. Where should you not park?
Turn right onto Hanley Rd

  1. What is missing from the telephone box?
  2. Who should you call in an emergency?
  3. What is the speed limit at Abbey House?
  4. What speed is the shuttle on the lane?
Turn left back into the field and finish.

The numbering has gone wonky. Should be 1 to 25.
