yes thanks I know them, 1st one wrong side of town but good access , 2nd one gas pump on wrong side and cant access it it unless I go late at nigh and reverse out due to van size and turning after pumps, thats why I use Brownhills sometimes, I should have gone out last night but the wine was calling to me.

Just to rub it in, we paid 72.9 at Hereford last week.

I filled up there on Monday morning Phil, up at pump No 8, (both sides available), however others calling in on Tuesday found the pump to be out of action.
It will be tight if towing a toad.

No fish and chips for us thanks, but have noted about coffee and cake now Sat am, will make sure we bring something nice along
We are up for walks, biking, pub trips, whatever is going on.

We have had a short bimble to the golf club via the foot path off site by the old barn

Good value beer and they serve walk in’s quite willingly

Breakfast looks like an option, served till 12 at weekend , they have said to avoid 11-12 as it gets busy and if going as a group please ring to book so they are prewarned

I think we might come over Sunday morning if not raining

Just cycled around the lake to check the mileage for you all, 16 miles without a detour on the peninsula, if you only want to do part of it and turn around go counter clockwise as that’s the nicer bit with lake views and less hilly as well.

If anybody would like to join us for cake this morning bring your own coffee and cake if you have some, not a requirement to bring cake I suspect there will be plenty

Meet and chat at 10.30ish

Then 3.00 outside John Jaws for ‘Bobs blocks’ a simple game, as goes well with us we form a circle , with three coins each all the same value £1 coins have been proposed. Rolling Bob’s blocks determines where you place your coins each go, with four possibilities

Pass to left, pass to right, keep or centre

Once in the centre it stays there, the blocks pass round in turn until eventually one coin is left, the person rolling the block to put that last coin in the centre ‘wins’ the pot so if 10 people play £30 or 30 people it could be £90

We have some change from chip money collection and a bit more of that is still due

Looking like another nice day, just about to walk Kevin if anybody else is up and fancy a stroll through the campsite down to the water, there is a nice mown loop there, half chance of Osprey sighting

I will set off at 7.15 it’s about 2 miles at a guess

Unfortunately we have both been plagued by chest infections for a few weeks and felt it best we cut & run earlier today as not feeling comfortable mixing with others
So we are home and still coughing like mad, but hope everyone enjoys the remainder of this met.

Kevin walk for me in 5/10 mins if anybody is up and ready to join me for a stroll, down road to visitor car park at bottom of hill, along path beside water then back up through the camp site entrance by the golf course

We’ll just got home after a mixed weekend, meet up was great although I’m ashamed to say I missed Brian icantremember and Scout but pleased to say met up with some faces I knew and some I didn’t TheAleMan Jaws and finally met up with Holly's mum after only just realising she was Paul’s Two on Tour other half
Well done DavidG58 for organising it.
Only fly in the ointment was Mrs Westy coming off her bike 200yds into the ride she will live to ride another day tho

Before it rained I was extolling the place were we have mot and service work done, this is the place , he has a pit so no weight restrictions, he is also a motorhomeer himself so he knows his way around A CLASS vans
