Sure you won't regret it - you could save more than your membership fee many times over the next year with deals & discounts on the forum but even if not there are loads of other benefits including the meets & rallies (y)
 
Please note that at present the Rally List is an expression of interest (105 so far!) & places will only be confirmed once the deposit has been paid & confirmed. Using Google Earth measurements of the camping field & applying Fun Rally spacing rules we currently have 90 pitches allowing for a number of larger motorhomes & RVs but this may be increased once sizes of those booked is known so will also have a Reserve List.

UPDATE - Just had all our outstanding queries answered by the helpful farmer so firm bookings for this rally will be opening shortly! :Grin: Due to popular request & with so many things to do in the Lymington area there is now the option to add on an extra night so everyone can choose to stay for 3 nights £32, 4 nights £42 or 5 nights £52. All arrivals are still to be on Friday 10th August only - it could be a really busy day! :whew:
More details to follow & we are currently drawing up a booking form as with so many people interested there will be an awful lot of info. to gather! :active:

Most of these are just ideas & will need your involvement or help to make group trips happen but even if they don't all work out at least it gives everyone some ideas of what there may be to do.

UPDATE - Due to popular demand we will be sending out the booking form & request for £10 deposit shortly for a confirmed place on this rally. The remainder for 3, 4 or 5 nights is to be paid by cash (correct amount in an envelope marked with forum name & number of nights please) on arrival on Friday 10th August. The deposit will be non-refundable unless the rally is cancelled (confirmed as booked by the farmer but if any unforeseen circumstances) but any unused deposits from those that cancel or don't turn up will (after any outstanding rally costs are covered) be donated to Cancer Research UK. As there are so many to contact it will be easier by email so please can you all PM* with your email addresses?
Know it's very early but many have asked to do this so they can be sure of a place. Hope to start emailing the booking form later today/this evening & will add a list of those confirmed once completed booking form checked & payment received - it might take a while as may be a lot to go through! :eek: :active:
