There’s a car park but don’t think that’s got a height barrier and a motorhome parking, in August 2018 there was 40 vans in the motorhome parking part and they still kept coming.
We stayed several days no problem.
The first part in video is the car park.

I’ll have to look up Apple apps.
we are using Google maps timeline which logs where you, or rather your phone, is every day and you get a 'where you have been' email at the end of every month for every day. A bit big brother ish but the benefit outweighs this in our opinion. The good thing about timeline is that it does it automatically. Thanks for thread, bookmarked for good ideas.

Thanks, I’ll look at that. I have google maps on my iPhone. To work out our potential routes we also use Google maps and you have the facility of changing the route between destinations by just dragging a point to the route you prefer. A couple of useful tips on this one though, 1. you need to have a google account which is free - we use the gmail as a back up anyhow. 2. When signed into you account you can work through directions but it will only save I believe 8 or 9 points/destinations that you can input via either a pin on the map or a place name - best way around this is to click a new layer and start off a new layer with the last destination. 3. you can switch on or off each layer to see the whole route or just one section. 4. we send an email link to the kids/grandkids so they can sort of see where we are headed and when. 5. We have 'saved all our trips as you can do them retrospectively.
You don’t actually have to have Google maps on as it works in the background so no down side on battery or data usage. Just make sure the timeline is activated and ready to go.Thanks, I’ll look at that. I have google maps on my iPhone. I guess I could a
So I could use it on my iPad maybe as then that would save phone battery when out and about whereas iPad stays in MH and would just track the driven route.
Although, following on from another recent thread, I now know my iPad doesn’t have gps.
