Made it to Montserrat, parked in the bus parking by the rack railway, a bit different to the last time we were here 23 years ago.
The original rack railway closed in 1957, the rebuilt new one opened in 2003.

The Virgin of Montserrat, a small wooden statue carved in the 12th century.

Rediscovered in cave that has been into shrine & small church that I got dragged down the mountain to see.

No chance. I think last years effort of having foc operation in Germany. whilst on holiday. followed by a payout for days in hospital meaning he came back fitter than a butchers dog & with more money than he left with leaves him head & shoulders over everyone else at the moment:

The 15 litre boxes of very good wine in Spain are good value but not if you have to lug them any distance, back to the van.

Not sure if I've got room for one of them we have so much junk on board. Sometimes you can have too much payload.

I upset Mr. Wallet again today, now that most of the Autovia's are free I set the satnag to use "pay per use tolls".
Got caught for €4 on the C55.

I think so I didn't notice steps onto the platform like the normal trains we used the other day when you needed your hiking gear to get on and off.
We are still parked here will go and ask when we get up.

Yes lifts to the platforms and access to train is OK.
