Venison* is a good meat, low in fat, we should eat more of it I confess I hadn't heard of Spatzlin - it's an egg noodle and also tasty I suspect.And now for something completely different.
Venison goulash with Spatzlin.

You may well ask why Venison well that was due to a language problem didn't realise we had bought Venison.
