Is that a disused railway line I see in 2nd last photo. There appears to be a designated cycle route out of there round the lake
Nope that is on/beside the platform, there is a railway line with trains on it. Might be a bit dodgy for cycling on. :giggle:

If you go across the road to the lake there is a cycle lane that goes to the right, that will then take you past the railway station then around the lake.
There is another village around that way.

Beer and cake not sure I like that combination!!
I think you’ve let yourself down there Lenny!!
Anyway €8.50
Just keeping up with the Germans.
It was €11.40 Inc Coffee for Mi.

I totally avoid Irish bars.
Last we went to an Irish it was in Bangkok last summer food was excellent.

Had an Irish stew in a French one once, served on an oblong plate with chips on one end and salad on the other.

I thought I might get the paddleboard out on the lake today but it was too windy - story of my life. :giggle:

So we went for a bike ride, looked like a good ride on Mapy via loads of villages and small marinars, nearly all the paths had no cycling signs so ended up going the other way not so nice cycle path beside the main road. At least I got me cake & beer.

Finally got the board not for very long the wind got up, and of course once I'd got the board away the wind died.

Did plan on going out an hour eairler when there was no wind. Flipping Motorhome stopped play, one of the catches on the gas locker door broke. Swapped it for the one on the ward rope side door in the washroom, even that wasn't easy took it apart well it actually spring apart to see how to put the other one back together take took ½ hour working out how to get it back together.
So gas locker door fixed and one catch glued together with epoxy drying in the sunshine.
