We think €28.00

We're glad the recommendation worked out.
(and, No!, we've never been there but locally (Tavira) it's well recommended.)

Yesterdayd 4x4 trip around the park was interesting but not very exciting the weather put the dampers on it a bit.
I'll post some photos in the morning.

Today we exchanged Spanish rain for Portuguese rain. It was nice & sunny when we arrived but hissing down now. Don't like it getting dark an hour eairler.

At the Camper park at Tavira Emmit Derek & Mary are a here so finally finding Funsters on this trip.

Is that carthago corner? You all wearing your baseball hats 😁

Same here gas bottle changed over during the night last night. 14kg bottle lasted 28 days used to only get 15 days.
I get 20 days from 11kg in constant use. If I'm driving a lot that should increase a fair bit. Quite chuffed with that

I stand corrected although he has Irish nationality as well as retaining Australian residency

Yes he is
Nope:

Mel Columcille Gerard Gibson was born January 3, 1956 in Peekskill, New York, USA, as the sixth of eleven children of Hutton Gibson, a railroad brakeman, and Anne Patricia (Reilly) Gibson (who died in December of 1990). His mother was Irish, from County Longford, while his American-born father is of mostly Irish descent.

Mel and his family moved to Australia in the late 1960s, settling in New South Wales, where Mel's paternal grandmother, contralto opera singer Eva Mylott, was born. After high school, Mel studied at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, performing at the National Institute of Dramatic Arts alongside future film thespians Judy Davis and Geoffrey Rush.
