Lenny's Heading for Portugal - Maybe

Lazy start today didn't wake up until after 9, brain still on uk time so only 8 really. Then spent a couple of hours watching F1 that I had recorded.

After leaving a freezing 12° at Mailleray at midday now 6 pm sitting outside in shorts & sandles at Theillay 21° . Free Aire with free servicing.
We are just north of Vierzon where the free part of the A20 starts, don't like the N10.

There we were all on our own, a German came in parked well away from us and came over and said hello. A French guy has just pulled in guess what, he has parked 3 foot form us Grrr.

@Northernraider will understand.
Put the radio on really loud
Now if I could find my earplugs .:ROFLMAO:
Now I know why Hymer fit those speakers in the rear wall and they are louder outside the van than in, to keep the French at bay.

I don't believe it, another one just pulled up on the other side of us.
It's a bleeding great area what's wrong with these people.

PMSL

They like to hug but they don't like to speak that's for sure

Italians are good as well, D Day 70th anniversary week we were in the carpark at Caen museum surrounded by Italians. They were having a cheese & wine get together. We went to leave to find a quieter spot for the night made us turn off our engine and join them. After the cheese and wine there was an English couple in a Hymer who fed us, still don't know who they were but a great evening .
Always seem to have more fun being a FTL people on sites always appear stuffy and don't want to talk to you.

Not like the Lithuanians Tam they like to talk and feed you pink gin!!!!
(simet de valdigna)(y).

Cheers Cris..
Yes and the Bavarians I was force fed beer and wine in big German steiners

Ha ha, I feel your pain.
If that happens to me now I just move as far away from them as possible.
Otherwise they will be right outside your van crack o sparrows tomorrow having their morning chit chat with all the other frogs on site.

Pete

I often choose to avoid contact with others irrespective of being on a campsite or FLT
We enjoy our own company
Nothing stuffy about that

Just like being antisocial

See you are getting your own back from last night elbowing your way in. Looks like you might struggle to get your awning and table and chairs out.
