Note that some people at comparing favourably Wales with Cumbria. After a holiday in Anglesey, I swore I would never set foot In such an unwelcoming place again.

Well Pwllheli not very welcoming to Motorhomes, I live in Llanbedrog and see the locals posting photos of Motorhomes parked up and making horrible suggestions of what they would like to do to them, one suggested a muck spreader this morning to the vans parked by Hells Mouth Beach, I argue with them, but am probably not very popular

Been in the George and had a couple of pints and a great lunch but then tried to get in 3 coffee shops and failed as they were adhering you the rules so well done to them tbh.

So shot off to find a lovely country pub who were serving the best Coffee n Walnut cake and Latte to swill it down, lovely

I've been refused service in a Keswick pub years before Covid.
Me and present girlfriend stood at the bar of an empty pub waiting for the snot nosed kid to serve us...... 10 minutes later someone came in and got served immediately.

Hey, how come we haven't been served?

We don't want your sort in here.

What made us 'your sort'..... Bike helmets and leather jackets..... He didn't even have the bottle to eject us as we walked in, hoping we'd just leave anyway.

Not going to happen. Ever. Covid is here now and will never go away. Get used to it. Near 3000 cases per day but how many are actually Ill and how many are dying?
Why people think Covid is just going to disappear I really don’t know.

In your post I originally quoted you said something along the line of until this virus is gone. My point is this virus is never going to be gone. It is here forever. We just have to get used to living with it. Hopefully we’ll get a vaccine. My other point was how many people die of Covid now? We are picking up more people with it but that’s because we’re testing more people.

A group of funsters went out to a tiny shielded scottish island just after lockdown was lifted and we were made more than welcome. Everywhere seemed to have the air table app, sadly not all towns use it.

Even if they do go back to lockdown, no one will take any notice of it, it's been tried and failed.
