Now I am home from winter travels I will be speaking to the Council next week and sorting out costs.
No panic just yet, plenty of time!

I have finally got the Council sorted out so I can finalise costs.
The rally will cost £6 per unit per night.
Because I have to pay the Council in advance I need a deposit of £10 per unit as soon as possible please.
Preferred means of payment is by Paypal to account Hartlepool-rally@hotmail.com
Log in, click on "Pay or send money" then choose "Send money to friends and family"
Enter "hartlepool-rally@hotmail.com" and the amount £10.00.
Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!
If you don't have a Paypal account then PM me and I will send you details for paying by cheque (this is a last resort though as I don't really want to mix up rally money and my own money)

Please, when paying by Paypal add a note with your forum name so I can work out who has paid.
Paypal only shows the sending email address which doesn't help in matching things up.
