I don't know why? From the TFL site:Mine was declined about 2 years ago in London , maybe just unlucky with a jobsworth bus driver.
I know it excludes any 'Express' buses and Nightbus services, but I have never been refused when using normal services in Greater London. You can use an English National Concessionary Pass on London buses from 09:00, Monday to Friday. You can use the pass anytime on weekends and bank holidays.
All wheelchair and mobility scooter users travel free on buses and trams. To find out if your scooter is suitable for travel, contact our travel mentoring service.
Companions and carers will have to pay for their travel.
Bus Passes are valid until 23.30 aren't they?Use ours all the time, normally quicker to get the bus than take the car to Worthing or Brighton and obviously a lot cheaper. Buses run every 12min, during the day and 20 min in the evening. Can't use bus pass on the night bus as it's classed as a special service not that I want to be coming home at 4am.
Sorry if you feel that way Why bother.I sent off for my bus pass recently and now its arrived - i can be a bus wa$%£r now (The Inbetweeners .... )
does anyone actually use theirs, SWMS has refused to point blank to get on a bus with me .... she might change her tune in 3 years time though ......
Sorry if you feel that way Why bother.
