I've started the research for my next family history book. Having done one I thought book 2 would be easier but I am finding it more difficult to get the enthusiasm. However I have found out where the money went ..... the family were "warm" prior to 1850 and then in poverty by 1870. Scandal and a court case was the root of the decline No wonder the family didn't remain close knit. Still it will make for a good read and less boring than A begat B, B begat C etc.
